FAQs

What size wine bottles do Huski Wine Coolers fit?

The Huski Wine Cooler fits most standard 750ml wine and traditional champagne bottles including Moët, Veuve Clicquot, G.H.Mumm, Laurent-Perrier, Taittinger, Lanson etc.

It was purposely designed to be slim enough for people to pour with one hand. This means that it does not fit some wider bottles such as Lindauer.

For further information around fit, please see our Huski Wine Cooler Fit Guide.

What drinks do Huski Beer Cooler 2.0 fit?

The Huski Beer Cooler 2.0 fits most 330ml, 355ml and 375ml bottles and cans.

Some larger cans also fit (440ml and 500ml) but more of the can is exposed outside of the cooler. The maximum vessel diameter that will fit is 67mm.

For further information around fit, please see our Huski Beer Cooler 2.0 Fit Guide.

Do Huski Coolers need to be kept in the fridge or freezer?

Huski Coolers do not need to be kept in the fridge. As long as the bottle is chilled when it goes in, the vacuum insulation will help keep it that way.

That said, the fridge is not a bad place to keep your Huski on hand, and won’t do any harm.

We don’t recommend freezing your Huski, as over time this can potentially be harmful to the vacuum seal and other components.

How do I care for my Huski?

To clean your Huski products we recommend handwashing with warm soapy water. However, our tumblers in Brushed Stainless, Black, White, Carbon Grey and Brushed Copper can be placed in the dishwasher along with the tumbler lids.

We suggest you wash your Huski before initial use.

Please do not place your Huski in the microwave or use bleach or chlorine based cleaning products.

For more information, please see our product care page.

How do I wash my Huski Tumbler lid?

The black slider on the Huski Tumbler Lid is removable. If you slide the black part into the 'closed' position, then flip over the lid, you should be able to squeeze together the clips of the black sliding part and with a little push the black part should pop out. The lid can then either be hand washed or placed in a dishwasher, before being re-assembled.

How does Huski handle payment security?

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Yes, Huski is proud to be 100% New Zealand owned and operated. Find out how we started in our story

All Huski products and packaging are designed in New Zealand by Kiwis.
